ADOPTED A good samaritan found Franklin, a 10 mo old puppy, collapsed on the side of a busy street in Baltimore City, a bag of bones. He was covered with cuts, bruises & the underwhelming feeling of life on the streets. As hundreds of cars passed him by & obnoxiously honked their horns at him, the good sam stopped & approached Frank, not knowing what to expect.
What she found was a completely exhausted, beat up dog that used all his strength to wag his tail & approach her. She got him to her car & he collapsed instead of being able to jump in her car. The good sam poured him into the back seat & brought him to BARCS.
Thats where we come in. Today he is a very happy boy, loves to give kisses & hugs to everyone, especially kids! He wants to play so bad with the dogs, cats, horse and goats on the foster farm where he is recuperating. We're attempting to keep him relatively calm but he has other ideas.

Animal Control thinks he might have been used as pit bull fighting bait (HE'S ONLY A BABY!). LOOK AT THAT FACE!
