One of 3 little but heavily matted puppy mill survivors, Moe is the smallest of the group and the older Maltese at about 5 years old. Prior to rescue, all 3 may have never seen grass, so they will need potty training. Because of his past, Moe is sweet but a bit jumpy and exhibits some anxious circling behavior when agitated and will need someone with patience and a soft touch. Will you give them a chance?
